Voxtty is an open-core project: a free, open-source app plus an optional paid Pro tier. This page covers what applies today, in plain language.
The software
The free Voxtty application is licensed under the MIT License — see the LICENSE file in the repository for the full, legally binding text. In short: you can use, copy, modify, and redistribute it freely, and it's provided "as is" with no warranty.
This website
voxtty.com is an informational site with no accounts, logins, or user-submitted content. Using it just means viewing pages served over HTTPS. See the Privacy page for what this site does and doesn't collect.
The Pro tier
Pro (AI cleanup, per-app formatting, cross-platform builds) is described on the pricing section of the homepage. There is no live purchase flow yet — Pro cannot currently be bought through this site. Terms specific to a paid subscription (billing, cancellation, refunds) will be published here once that flow exists.
No warranty
Consistent with the MIT License, Voxtty is provided without warranty of any kind. You're responsible for how you use it. If something breaks, the best path is to open an issue on GitHub.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the project changes, especially once the Pro tier becomes purchasable. The "last updated" date above will reflect any change.

Voxtty is open source. If you want to verify any of the above, the code is public on GitHub. For anything not covered here, open an issue in the repository.
